Refunds and Returns

We love our products and we hope you do to! However, we appreciate sometimes things don’t go to plan.

 

Standard Products:

You may return any standard product within 30 days of receipt, as long as it is in new, unused condition and in its original packaging. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Made-to-Order Products:

Due to their customized nature, made-to-order products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your product is damaged or defective, you may return it for a full refund, including shipping costs. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange the return and provide details of the issue.

 

How to Return an Item:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with instructions on how to send your item back.

 

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Please allow 10 working days for the refund to reflect on your original method of payment.
